Download the Osticket Mobile App from iTunes
These files are specifically designed for use with the OS Ticket App[1] by Atomic Computers and Design, LLC in conjunction with the OS Ticket Support Ticket System[2] by Enhancesoft.
Currently, the integration was made specifically for OS Ticket versions 1.8.3, 1.9.1 through 1.9.14 Version 1.10 is now included in the download file.
However, if you are using 1.7.X – 1.9.0 it may or may not work, Push notifications will not work for these versions.
PLEASE NOTE: ALWAYS DOWNLOAD THE NEW API FILES FROM http://osticketapp.com/download WHEN RECEIVING ERRORS WITH NEW VERSIONS.
The App requires an outward facing installation of oSticket for the app to work correctly.
The App Does not work with Microsoft LDAP connecting to a domain. The APP needs to talk directly to oSticket.
The Osticket Mobile App, on your device will be compatible with newer versions of oSticket.
The download files / Server API files will have to be updated every new version of oSticket to enable push notifications, which we will handle the file update.
To Upgrade:
If you already have the files on your server the only file you will need to upload is the “class.ticket.php” file.
The class.ticket.php file is located in our download section. In the Zip file, there is a folder named after the version number (e.g. v1.9.4 folder), class.ticket.php will be in that folder.
New Install:
You will need two things, oSticket and the oSticket Mobile App, eTicket.

The download file above includes a SOAP API folder and files, and a replacement file for the ticket class.
Firstly, you will want to open up your favorite FTP software and go to the root of the OSTicket installation. There, you will see a folder called “api”. Inside this folder, create a “soap” folder and place the contents of the downloaded file below.
At this point, your file system should look similar to:

The newly installed soap files are how the app will be able to pull data. You will not need to edit any of these files yet. You will edit the “notify.php” file later if you wish to receive push notifications.
After the files have been uploaded, launch the mobile OsTicket application and log into using your OSTicket URL and account login credentials. (Your login credentials are NOT
stored on our servers – only inside the application on your mobile device.) At this point, you should be able to access all the tickets, reply, assign, close, re-open, and create new tickets, all from your mobile app.
If you also want to receive push notifications, there are just 2 more simple steps. First, from the files contained in the download file. Open the folder for the version of OS Ticket you are running and find the class.ticket.php file. You will need to replace the OS Ticket file with this one located here: http://domain.com/osticketroom/includes/class.ticket.php
**Be sure to first backup your original file, just in case.**
Next, in the eTicket mobile application go to the “Settings” tab and find your integration ID. All integration ID’s for your company’s OSTicket installation will be the same on all mobile devices.
In the “soap” folder of the files you downloaded, you will need to edit the “notify.php” file. Replace the hashes (Pound/Number Symbols ####) with integration ID shown in the eTicket mobile application. This will allow your server to send push notifications to all mobile devices connected to your company’s OSTicket installation.
What notifications are pushed? Any notification that you would normally be emailed, will be pushed to the mobile application. For Example: New ticket, ticket replies, ticket assignments, etcetera.
However, in the eTicket mobile application settings you have the ability to turn off different types of notifications in case you want to receive replies, but not new ticket notifications, etcetera.
