FAQ
Is the Osticket App compatible with Version 1.10
The Osticket App now supports v1.10 of oSticket
You can download the files here: http://osticketapp.com/download/
V1.10 is not compatible with v1.9 and earlier and visa-versa.
oSticket made significant changes that we had to make an exclusive version for v1.10 and above.
We are sorry for the delay, it just took a lot of time finding the changes and implementing the correct code.
Let us know if you run across any bugs so we can work to fix them.

Is There any Programming Involved?
There is no need for any extra programming for the oSticket Mobile App to work.
You will need to know how to upload the files into the correct directory.
Edit one file, which is explained in the instructions.
There are many great FTP programs that you can use, including Filezilla, to upload your files.
Which TCP Ports Should be Used?
Currently the software will run over standard HTTP and HTTPS.
oSticket needs to be installed on an Outward facing Web Server.
Can the App use the Osticket Cloud Hosted Solution?
The app will NOT work with the Osticket Cloud Hosted Solution oSticket.com is selling.
Our App requires modified oSticket files and those files cannot be integrated into the oSticket system.
It would require the creating group of oSticket to integrate our small programming updates into their files.
For now you will have to host oSticket yourself or find someone to do it for you.
Where are the Passwords Stored?
Passwords are stored on your phone and not in our system.
We just pass the information along to your installation of oSticket.
Which Versions of Osticket are Compatible?
The oSticket Mobile App is compatible with the current stable release of oSticket. Check the download page for detailed version information.
However, we cannot guarantee the software will work on release candidates.
Since the Release Candidate software from oSticket is Beta software, we do not know ahead of time which features the RC will have, so we can only program for what has been released and not is upcoming.
